In the Enemed Women’s Futsal League, Zero Sei took the top spot on the table after a strong 2-0 victory against Santa Margherita Futsal. They scored a goal in each half to secure a well-deserved win. Despite continuous attacks from Santa Margherita in the second half, they were unable to break through Zero Sei’s solid defense, with goalkeeper Dorienne Grech making several impressive saves. An own goal by Jennifer Grech and another goal by Andrea Alonso sealed the win for Zero Sei. The referees for the game were Andrea Naudi and Stefania Bonnici.
In their debut in the league, champions Lija Athletic claimed their first victory with a score of 5-2 against Mtarfa. Lija found themselves behind twice but managed to turn the game around and secure three points. Demi Magrin scored for Mtarfa, but an own goal by Emily Abdilla equalized the score for Lija. Janice Pace put Mtarfa ahead again, but Lija responded quickly with four consecutive goals, including a double by Leanne Micallef and goals by Izabella Camilleri and an own goal by Karen Lia. The referees for the game were Pierre Bonnici and Sara Kankaras.

Parr Mela Pebbles Futsal also claimed their first victory of the season, beating Iklin 4-3. It was a close and unpredictable game until the end, with Parr Mela taking the three points. Carol Salazar scored for Parr Mela, while Mariah Catanzaro equalized for Iklin. Eona Variza and Maria Coppola increased Parr Mela’s lead to 3-1, but Eliana Gialanze pulled one back for Iklin. Eona Vargas then scored her second goal of the game for Parr Mela, with Mariah Catanzaro scoring a final goal for Iklin. The referees for the game were Stephen Vella and Danilo Francalanza.
