Sliema Wanderers FC have announced the acquisition of two significant players who are expected to bolster the squad under coach Paul Zammit.
As previously reported, Ukrainian forward Maksym Pryadun has joined the club on a contract that runs until the end of the season. The 29-year-old striker has spent the majority of his career in Ukraine, with his most recent stint at LNZ Cherkasy. Pryadun brings a wealth of experience and goal-scoring potential to the Wanderers’ attack.

Another notable addition to the team is Ivorian midfielder Samba Kone, who has joined Sliema on loan from Swiss side Yverdon Sport FC. At just 21 years old, Kone is regarded as a player with exceptional vision and versatility, making him a promising asset for the team.

Both Pryadun and Kone are expected to feature in today’s match against Naxxar Lions FC in the 360Sport Malta Premier League. The Wanderers will be looking to leverage their new signings to continue their pursuit of success this season.
These acquisitions underline Sliema Wanderers’ intent to compete at the highest level, with fans eagerly anticipating how the new recruits will perform on the field.
