Marsaxlokk have boosted their attacking options by signing 26-year-old Albanian attacking midfielder Redon Mihana.
Mihana joined Ħamrun Spartans in January as part of their push to strengthen the squad. He helped them go on to win the Malta Premier League and was also part of their recent European campaign.
In a Facebook post Marsaxlokk wrote:
“We are excited to confirm that Redon Mihana has officially joined Marsaxlokk FC!,” the club said in a statement.
“A talented and dynamic midfielder, Redon brings creativity, vision, and hard work to our squad. His addition strengthens our team as we look ahead to an ambitious season.
“Welcome to Marsaxlokk, Redon!”
Last season, he played 13 matches in all competitions for the Spartans, and recently was included in away games against Dynamo Kyiv and Maccabi Tel Aviv. He also started in the opening YoHealth MaltaPremier League match against Tarxien Rainbows.
