Hibernians 3 – 0 Valletta

Hibernians delivered a commanding performance against Valletta, securing a 3-0 victory. Brazilian forward Joelma was instrumental in the win, scoring a brace and moving to the top of the league’s scoring charts with six goals. Ileana Farrugia opened the scoring in the first half, breaking the deadlock and setting the stage for a dominant display. With this win, the Paolites are now joint-leaders with Birkirkara, while Valletta finds themselves struggling at the bottom of the table with just one point.

Swieqi United 3 – 1 San Ġwann

Swieqi United bounced back from their previous defeat against Birkirkara by defeating San Ġwann 3-1 in the opening game of Matchday 4. The Owls, who now have six points after four matches, scored twice in the first half through Ghanaian players Salamatu Abdulai and Karima Abdulai. San Ġwann managed to pull one back with a goal from American forward Hailey Russell, but Swieqi sealed the win with Jade Flask’s first strike of the season.
