On matchday-1, of the UEFA Europa League match between Ħamrun Spartans and Maccabi Tel Aviv, the visiting team is expected to arrive at 5:30pm.
It has now been confirmed that Maccabi Tel Aviv will not be holding a press conference or a training session at the Tony Bezzina Stadium. According to UEFA rules, the away team has the right to hold both a press conference and a training session at the stadium where the match will take place, and at the same time as the match. However, Maccabi have decided not to use this option.
Although earlier reports said that no fans would be travelling to Malta for the game on Tuesday, Maccabi Tel Aviv have posted on social media asking any fans interested in travelling to Malta to let them know by email. So, it is still unclear whether any supporters will be attending.
The third qualifying round match in the UEFA Europa League between Ħamrun Spartans and Maccabi Tel Aviv will take place on Tuesday at 7pm at the Tony Bezzina Stadium.
