Paris Saint-Germain have named Ousmane Dembélé in a 21-man travelling group for Tuesday’s Champions League match away to Bayer Leverkusen, signalling the forward’s return from a hamstring injury sustained on 5 September.

Centre back Marquinhos is also included after recovering from a thigh problem that kept him out for almost four weeks. Dembélé has not featured in Europe this season and his inclusion offers Luis Enrique additional attacking options for a fixture that is likely to shape the early standings.
PSG sit third in the new 36-team league phase after opening with two wins, and will look to maintain momentum on the road. Leverkusen, unbeaten at home this season, are expected to offer a stern test, with both sides aiming to strengthen their positions before the competition pauses for the next international window.
Squad confirmation on Monday indicates Dembélé is available for selection, although the extent of his involvement remains to be seen following his layoff. Marquinhos’ return bolsters a defence that has been reshuffled in recent weeks.
Kick off is on Tuesday night in Leverkusen.
