Samir Nasri, a former Manchester City player, shared with the media the situation he had with Roberto Mancini!
The French footballer defended the colors of the “citizens” from 2011 to 2017 and on that occasion won two Premier League titles.

However, the Italian did not remain in Nasri’s fond memory.

I told YayaToure that I would throw them at Mancini if he said bad things about me – said the Frenchman, and continued.
– I was sure they would get me out of the game. I stayed on the field and, when I scored, I put my finger to my mouth. After the game in the training center, he lightly kicked me as we walked up the stairs. He told me we would talk tomorrow. We spent 45 minutes in his office. He told me I had to listen to him and he wanted me to be a great player. “Obviously he knew football better than anyone,” Nasri said.
This was not the end of their conflicts, which intensified before the city derby.
– Mancini told me that I have to play defense in one way, his assistant David Platt to play it in another way. Mancini insulted me in Italian, but I understood him and cursed him. He told me to leave training, and I took off the marker and threw it at him. I found him later at the gym and told him to talk to me. We went back to the locker room and started yelling at each other. I insulted him with all possible words that I know and told him that I would pick up his children in the parking lot – Nasri said.
