Torino finds replacement for Radonjić in Chelsea

There are new tensions between Torino coach Ivan Jurić and Nemanja Radonjić. According to Italian media reports, the relationship has definitely soured, and the Bulls are getting ready to sell the Serbian international this winter.

The Croatian coach took issue with the 27-year-old Serbian native’s attitude during training, leading to his exclusion. Since that moment, the ties have been severed in Torino, and Radonjić is set for sale. Respected Tuttosport leaves no doubt that a transfer will occur as early as winter.

What’s interesting is that Torino has found a replacement for Radonjić in London, specifically at Chelsea, where the primary target is the Albanian forward – Armando Broja!

According to the Italian newspaper, the arrival of the Albanian is connected with the departure of the Serbian, as well as Pietro Pellegri, who will be returned to Genoa. Torino will not exercise the option to purchase the Italian forward.

A replacement for Jurić in the offensive part of the team is needed, and it is assessed that the talented Broja is the best option. Although he doesn’t play in Radonjić’s position, the Croatian coach likes to occasionally push forwards a bit deeper, somewhat closer to the number ten position.

Players like Antonio Sanabria or Nikola Vlašić have often occupied that role, occasionally even Radonjić, although it’s clear that he excels more in a winger position.

In any case, Torino offers Broja the option of arriving where he would have safe minutes, which he does not have in Chelsea. It will be especially difficult to get them if the Blues decide to bring in another striker during January. Let’s not forget, there’s also Nicholas Jackson.

Therefore, Broja could arrive in Turin on loan until the end of the season, although the competition will be tough since both Milan and Napoli targeted the Albanian representative.

We will only see who Torino will offer Radonjic to and where the former Red Star, Roma and Marseille player could continue his career…
