Last night, Paris Saint-Germain confirmed that Italian midfielder Marco Verratti has extended his contract with the French club until 2026.
According to the current contract, he was earning 14 million euros a year, and he was leaving the following summer.
The Italian joined PSG in 2012 from Pescara, and it is not known how much he will earn with the new contract.
With the French club, he won eight championship titles and six trophies each in the French Cup and the League Cup.
