The former French national team member and former first man of the European football club, Michel Platini, spoke about the future of the French superstar Kylian Mbappe.
Many claim that Kylian Mbappe has to change the midfield as soon as possible, ready to move to Real Madrid, in order to win the throne of the Champions League. However, the compatriot of the French superstar – Michel Platini – does not think so.
“When he wins the title of European champion, then he will probably move on. When he wants it. I think that his next destinations could be Spain or England, and who knows, maybe one day he will also go to the United States of America,” said the former UEFA president, who greatly appreciates the PSG attacker:
“Kylian Mbappe is already a legend of French football, just like Zinedine Zidane. He is exactly what every striker should be. Fast, strong, he plays great with both his left and right foot, and he is also very intelligent and knows how to read the game”.
Mbape was close to moving to Real last summer, but in the end he decided to stay with Paris Saint-Germain. This season, the “Saints” were already stopped in the round of 16 of the Champions League – they were eliminated by Bayern Munich.
