The forward of Fulham and the Serbian national team, Aleksandar Mitrovic, came off the bench and helped his Fulham celebrate at ‘Goodison Park’ against home team Everton.
Aleksandar entered the field in the 58th minute, and was greeted by cheers from the fans.
However, after only a few minutes after one duel, he complained about the injury. Marco Silva, the team’s coach, had already prepared a replacement, but the Serbian striker gritted his teeth and continued the match.
He stayed on the field until the very end, which, it seems, was not the smartest decision. After the match, he was photographed leaving the stadium in Liverpool on crutches.
