KLOPP: Last season I almost became an anti-alcoholic

Jürgen Klopp, the coach of Liverpool, summed up his impressions after the great start of his team in the Premier League.

On Saturday, Liverpool beat Wolves away, after a reversal, with 1:3 and that made the German very happy.

“I only drink beer when we win away from home. Last season I almost became an anti-alcoholic, this is of course better.” Jurgen Klopp said with a laugh.

The club from Enfield achieved only six away victories last season, which is much less compared to the 2019/20 season when they had as many as 14.

After five rounds of the new season, Liverpool is tied for second place with Tottenham, they have 13 points each, which is two less than the current champions Manchester City.
