GUARDIOLA: My team is a victim of Eurovision

The coach of Manchester City, Pep Guardiola, said that his team is a victim of Eurovision, which is held in Liverpool.

Due to Eurovision being held in the city of the Beatles, Liverpool, Manchester City will play their match against Everton on Sunday instead of Saturday.

“At the end of the day, we can’t play on Saturday because of Eurovision or something similar in Liverpool. Sometimes we don’t have enough members of the security forces to secure two important events,’ said Guardiola.

By the decision of the local police in Liverpool, the match of the 36th round of the Premier League between Everton and Manchester City was postponed to Sunday at 3 p.m., since the final night of Eurovision is being held in that city on Saturday at 9 p.m.

Siti is fighting for three trophies until the end of the season. In the table of the domestic championship, four games before the end, they have a point more than the second-placed Arsenal, but also a game less than them.

Just three days after the match with Everton, they will welcome Real Madrid to their ‘Etihad’ in the second leg of the semi-final of the Champions League.
