GUARDIOLA AFTER THE NEW TITLE: A season without the Champions League is not complete!

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola, after winning the title and victory over Chelsea, points out that this team deserved to end the season with the Champions League title.

With Nottingham’s victory over Arsenal (0:1), the Citizens will definitely secure the title they celebrated yesterday at the Etihad with their victory over Chelsea.

“I have a feeling that we have done something extraordinary. People know how special it is. But to be considered one of the greatest we have to win the Champions League, otherwise the season would not be complete. “It can be unfair that you have to win the Champions League to get recognition and value for what you have done, but we have to accept that,” said Guardiola.

Manchester City won the third consecutive title in the Premier League this season, and this season they will fight for two more trophies.

On June 3, Pep Guardiola’s team will play against Manchester United in the FA Cup final.

The grand final of the Champions League at the Ataturk Olympic Stadium in Istanbul is scheduled for June 10, when Citizens will play against Inter.
