Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag is reportedly confident that he will be given time to make necessary changes under the ownership of Sir Jim Ratcliffe.
With Ratcliffe expected to acquire a 25% stake in the club, there have been speculations about potential managerial changes, with Julen Lopetegui and Graham Potter rumored as potential replacements.

Despite Manchester United’s struggles in the Champions League and a recent 3-0 defeat to Bournemouth, Ten Hag believes he can present a convincing plan to Ratcliffe for the team’s improvement over the next two transfer windows. A recent report suggested that United is willing to offload five players to create funds for new signings, either in January or later in 2024.
The club’s poor performance in Europe will impact revenue and available funds for mid-season changes. However, Ten Hag reportedly expects to convince Ratcliffe to delay any managerial changes and provide him with an opportunity to implement his vision for the team.
Graham Potter, previously linked to the managerial position, has reportedly been in discussions with Ratcliffe. Potter, who has been out of work since April, is seen as a potential candidate for the head coach role at Manchester United.
