ERAKOVIC IN RUSSIA? Spartak offers 8 million for the red and white defender

The Serbian national team player and member of the Red Star, Strahinja Erakovic, could continue his career in Russia, playing for Spartak Moscow.

According to the Russian Sport Express, Spartak from Moscow is interested in Strahinja Eraković, and they have allocated eight million euros for his services.

Spartak is not the only Russian club that would like to see the 22-year-old stopper in their ranks. Earlier, Zenit also showed interest, but no agreement was reached with Red Star.

During the two-week stay in Russia, the leaders of Red Star had several meetings with the leaders of the clubs there, where they all showed interest in Strahinja.

The Serbian representative would prefer to go to one of the “five leagues” and hopes that a tempting offer could come from that part of Europe. Earlier, Wolfsburg, Turin, Verona and Cagliari showed interest.

Erakovic has a contract with Red Star until 2026, and Transfermarkt values him at around nine million euros.
