Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo denied the allegations that he is returning to Sporting from Lisbon, where he started his playing career.
The Portuguese media reported that Ronaldo is in negotiations with the leaders of “The Lions”, but one of today’s best footballers briefly denied these allegations.
“Lie,” wrote Ronaldo on Instagram alongside the Sports TV Portugal post.
Ronaldo started his career in 2002 at Sporting Lisbon, from which he left for Manchester United a year later.
