Casemiro said goodbye to Real in tears

Brazilian midfielder Casemiro tearfully said goodbye to Real Madrid after his transfer to Manchester United was made official.

The president of Real, Florentino Perez, and coach Carlo Ancelotti, were also present at the press conference with the Brazilian.

The Brazilian midfielder was moved to tears immediately before his first speech, and he singled out his midfield colleagues, Kroos and Modric, who he will miss the most.

“Luka Modric and Toni Kroos. I will never forget them. We won so much, “Casemiro said.”

This trio in the midfield, together with Real, has won as many as five Champions Leagues and three Spanish championship titles.

Casemiro will earn around 21.4 million euros in his new club, making him the third highest paid player in United history, behind Cristiano Ronaldo and David de Gea.
