Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti, jokes about heading to Saudi Arabia if he gets a similar offer to golf player Jon Rahm.
The manager, in a conversation with journalists, jokingly said that he would like to change his career to golf. He would ‘walk on foot’ to Saudi Arabia instead of taking a flight if he got an offer similar to that of Spanish golfer Jon Rahm.
John Rahm signed a stunning contract worth £450 million a year by switching to LIV Golf from the TGL League and PGA Tour, founded by Rory McIlroy and Tiger Woods.
Ancelotti, who is currently the first in Primera with Real Madrid, praised Rahm but admitted that he is not a golf expert.
Of course, the question immediately followed about a possible move to Saudi Arabia for a similar salary. The coach playfully mentioned walking instead of flying.
However, he added that Rahm’s move is not surprising. He also mentioned that no one from Saudi Arabia contacted him: “No, they have not called me and I live in the present. The present is very good. ”
