Cospicua Rangers have climbed to first place in the National Blackball league table when they have so far obtained maximum points in the four games they have played.
National Championship
During this week the Cottonera side achieved two victories against Hamrun 147 B (11-4) and Jojo’s Birżebbuġa (11-5) respectively in order to overtake the same opponents in the standings.
In more games, Hamrun 147 A strengthened the second place after a score of 11-8 against Hamrun 147 C while Selmun Sports Club A got a positive result of 11-5 against Domus Kids Zejtun.
Hamrun 147 B recovered from the defeat against Cospicua after defeating San Gwann Boċċi 11-3.

Qormi Anici Boys continued with the perfect record in this league when they achieved their fifth consecutive victory after a score of 11-7 against Birkirkara Boċċi. In second place are neighbours Qormi Pinto who beat Qormi Anici Stars 11-7 in the derby.
In further results, San Ġwann Tiki Taka A won 11-1 against Birkirkara Juve while Cospicua Rangers B and San Ġwann Tiki Taka B had identical 11-8 wins against Qormi Anici Lions and Qormi Anici Stars respectively.

PL Balzan are commanding this section after four consecutive victories. They dominated the match against Siġġiewi Montekristo to beat them 11-1, the same as Qormi Anici Cappadoica did against Attard Scorpions. San Ġwann Tiki Taka C beat Zebbuġ St Joseph 11-8 while there was a 10-10 draw between PL Floriana and Selmun Sports Club B.

There was a balanced match between Qormi San Bastjan and Gzira Titans with the final score being 10-10 while Valletta Fossa Boys beat Mrieħel Billiard House 11-1.
