The former ace of the Red and Whites from Belgrade, now a member of Monaco, Jordan Loyd, spoke to the media after placing in the F4 Euroleague.
Monaco won the fifth game with 97:86 and placed in the final tournament for the first time in the club’s history.
I have no words, no one saw us at the final tournament. I am happy that Monaco will finally get the respect it has long deserved,’ said Loyd.
He finished the match with 21 points.
“The fans supported us all season and they deserved this. They showed us love and we had great confidence because of them. I’m excited, I don’t know what else to tell you,’ Jordan finished.
Monaco will play against Olympiakos at F4 in Kaunas.
