German sportswear brand Adidas will become the official clothing partner of the new Audi Formula 1 team starting next year, Audi announced on Wednesday.
The Swiss-based Sauber team will become Audi’s factory team in 2026, when new engine rules come into effect and an 11th team, Cadillac, joins the grid.
“We’re proud to partner with the future Audi F1 team and support them as they enter the top level of motorsport,” said Adidas CEO Bjorn Gulden.
Audi and Adidas, who already work with the Mercedes Formula 1 team, will release a range of clothing, shoes and accessories before the 2026 season begins.
“This partnership is about more than just performance and innovation – it brings together two forward-thinking brands,” said Audi chairman Gernot Doellner.
