Kane's secret clause in his contract with Bayern Munich

Harry Kane is in the spotlight these days in Munich. And that’s not only because of the start of the season that even the most optimistic could not even dream of, but also because of the very real chance that the Englishman will break Robert Lewandowski’s record for the number of goals in one Bundesliga season.

The Pole broke the performance of the legendary Gerd Müller and scored 41 goals in the 2020/2021 season. Kane is more than well on his way to taking that down as well.

So far, the England representative has scored as many as 17 goals in only 11 games. For example, in the middle of November, he already scored more goals than the two best scorers in the Bundesliga last season?!

As revealed by the British Sun, the 30-year-old striker has agreed with the German champion a bonus of 252,000 euros in case he scores 40 or more goals during the season.

That bonus is independent of the salary, which amounts to 25,000,000 euros per year. It’s just an opportunity for Kane to further fatten the bank account with good parties.
