Vasek Pospisil, a great friend of Novak Djokovic both on and off the court, talked about what Nole is like off the court.
The Canadian and the Serb jointly founded the organization PPTA (professional tennis player organization), which aims to improve the status of players.
What Vasek said recently is the fact that Djokovic is not respected enough.
-” Novak doesn’t get enough recognition and that’s why I’m angry. He is such a good guy. Everyone can act like angels in front of the cameras, say the right things, this and that. The bottom line is how you are when there are no cameras and how you treat people in general,” said Pospisil.
–” He is so generous. I don’t know if it’s my place to talk about it, but he helps juniors in Serbia – he finances it, he really cares. I guess it’s because of how he grew up and what he’s been through, he knows that he appreciates the struggle and understands how hard it is when everything is against you. He tries to help his colleagues,” Pospisil concluded.
