Jannik Sinner Powers into Australian Open Quarterfinals with Convincing Victory

Italian Jannik Sinner secured a spot in the Australian Open quarterfinals after defeating Karen Khachanov in three sets, with a scoreline of 6:4, 7:5, 6:3. Sinner, facing some resistance, managed to eliminate Khachanov in two hours and 35 minutes.

The twenty-year-old Italian has matched his career-best result in Melbourne by reaching the quarterfinals, a feat he also achieved in 2022, only to be ousted by Stefanos Tsitsipas.

The world’s fourth-ranked player will face either Alex de Minaur or Andrey Rublev in the next round.
