Novak Djokovic became the first Serbian athlete to receive a bust in the United States of America.
Namely, from September 11 this year in Cleveland, Ohio, there will be a bust of the most successful tennis player of all time – Novak Djokovic.
Before his bust, we could also see the busts of Nikola Tesla, Milutin Milanković, Mileva Marić, Mihajlo Pupin, Desanka Maksimović, Jovan Dučić, Nadežda Petrović, as well as many others.
Aleksandar Aleks Maceski, Honorary Consul of Serbia in Cleveland will formally present this work of art by sculptor Bojan Mikulić from Banja Luka.
Novak did not play at the US Open, because he was banned as an unvaccinated tennis player, but on the day of the final, he will be presented with this big honorary bust.
