The National Individual Snooker Championships continued on Wednesday at the Malta Snooker Academy with some exciting results across the divisions.
In the CE Installations Premier group stage, Joseph Casha triumphed over Frans Mintoff with a 4-2 win in a best-of-seven frames contest. Casha’s performance was solid, securing him the victory and advancing further in the tournament.
Over in the Goliath Coatings 1st Division, Kevin Vella put on an impressive display, defeating Clinton Falzon 3-0 in a best-of-five frames match. Vella’s clean sweep showed his dominance and secured an important win in the group stage.
Meanwhile, in the 2nd Division, Manuel Cachia faced off against Zvailen Busuttil in another best-of-five frames encounter. Cachia came out on top, winning 3-2 in a closely contested match, ensuring he stays in the hunt for the top spots in the division.
