However, Qormi responded swiftly and decisively, turning the match in their favour with goals from Giorgio Muscat, Wyatt Magri, Neil Spiteri Montebello, and John Williams. The match was officiated by umpires Dario Cacopardo and Alessandro Amore.
In another match, White Hart overcame Rabat 3-1 in a game that came to life during the final quarter. After three goalless quarters, the fourth saw four goals scored in quick succession.
