The Maltese national hockey team is currently making their way to Dublin, Ireland to compete in the Euro Hockey Qualifiers Division B, which will take place between the 22nd and 25th of August.

Coach Chris Attard has selected a squad of 18 players and is conducting multiple training sessions in preparation for the event. Malta’s first match will be on Thursday 22nd August against Ireland, which is expected to be a challenging game.
Other strong teams in this category include Turkey, Poland, and Italy, along with the Czech Republic, Wales, and Luxembourg. Malta will eventually play in the classification games with the hopes of achieving a favourable position in the competition.
