The BOV Women’s Water Polo League continued on Sunday, 27 April, at the Cottonera Sports Complex, with two exciting matches showcasing impressive performances.
Sirens C&J Bonavia delivered a dominant display against San Giljan, claiming a commanding 15-4 victory. Sirens controlled the match from start to finish, demonstrating strong teamwork and sharp attacking play to secure another crucial win in their campaign.
In the second match of the day, Sliema Arkadia faced the Malta U18 side (playing out of competition) and also emerged victorious with a 13-7 scoreline. Sliema showcased their depth and experience, fending off a spirited challenge from the young Malta U18 team.
Both matches were played in a lively atmosphere, with plenty of action keeping the Cottonera crowd entertained throughout the afternoon.
