The female junior national team achieved a dominant 3-0 win against Scotland in another game from the ETTU Youth Table Tennis championship being played in Malmo.
As the result clearly indicates, the Maltese women dominated the match and gave little chance to the Scottish opponents to produce a sort of reaction. The team was formed by Anthea Cutajar, Rachel Mifsud and Alice Mariani.
The men’s team was very close to getting some points from the game against Armenia when they were 2-0 up. Despite everything, the Armenians turned the result in their favour and got the maximum points from this encounter. The Maltese team was formed by Luke Fenech, Luke Bonello and Sebastian Farrin Thorne.
The Maltese cadets were also in action, losing 3-0 against Ireland. The team was formed by Neil Incorvaja, Oliver Farrin Thorne and Matthew Carl Zammit.
