Luqa St Andrew’s and San Ġwann secured three important points to improve their position in the Fuel 10 K Under 16 League standings.
Luqa St Andrew’s dominated the match against Birżebbuġa Windmills 11-0. This victory helped Luqa move up to second place alongside Marsaxlokk.
Lyon Testa, Zac Zammit, Sven Bonello and Matthias Spiteri scored a brace each with Wayne Debono, Sven Borg and Cole Tabone adding more goals for their team.
Referees were Stefania Bonnici and Tesmarie Busuttil.
San Ġwann defeated Sliema Wanderers 7-4 in a very interesting game. These three points were very important for the Yellows as they lifted them to second place in the standings.
Noah Cassar, Benjamin Borg Cardona and Leeon Attard each scored a brace as Jacob Paris completed the score for their team.
The Blues stayed in the game with goals from Gianluca Gauci, Vasil Petkov Zlatev and Marco Baldacchino.
