Paris Saint-Germain moved six points clear at the top of Ligue 1 with a comfortable 3-0 win over Angers.
Despite making several changes ahead of their Champions League semi-final, PSG started strongly and took an early lead. Lee Kang-in scored after rounding the goalkeeper, following an initial save from Achraf Hakimi’s shot.
Hakimi continued to look dangerous, creating more chances, before PSG doubled their lead. Senny Mayulu finished neatly after being set up by Lucas Beraldo. Bradley Barcola nearly made it three before half-time, but his effort was cleared off the line. Angers struggled to respond, although they did have a goal ruled out for offside.
PSG added a third goal early in the second half, with Beraldo heading in from a corner delivered by Lee. Angers had a chance to score through Prosper Peter, but he missed from a good position.
Gonçalo Ramos came close for PSG but hit the post, and he was later sent off after receiving a second yellow card. However, by then the result was already decided.

Angers continued to struggle in attack, managing just one goal in their last five home games. They are now without a win in five matches. However, they only need one more point from their remaining games to avoid relegation.
PSG, meanwhile, are in excellent form and look on track to retain the league title, extending their strong record against Angers with another win.
