Vlahovic: I'm hungry for goals

Dusan Vlahovic returned to Juventus full of confidence after scoring three goals in the March qualifying window for EURO 2024.

Vlahovic scored a goal against Lithuania and two against Montenegro and thus confirmed that he is back in shape at the right time.

The Serbian striker took to Instagram to say that he believes the period of goalless games is behind him.

“I had a difficult period, but now everything is fine and I want to continue like this. I’m hungry for goals. Now I want to go back to Serie A. I want to continue in the same style at Juventus. I had a bad period, but everything is fine now,” said Vlahovic.

He has not scored a goal for the Bianco-ners since February 7 and the match with Salernitana, but against Verona at the weekend he will have a great opportunity to break his fast.

Massimiliano Allegri is also satisfied with Dusan’s performance during the national team break.

“I am satisfied with Vlahovic. “Being a starter as a striker at Juventus is a different responsibility, but Dusan continues to grow in that regard and has improved on a technical level,” said Allegri.
