The management of Tottenham has offered to extend the contract to captain Harry Kane with a significant salary increase, the British “Guardian” reports.
Kane has a contract with Tottenham until June next year, and he currently earns around 200,000 pounds a week at the club.
“Guardian” writes that Danijel Levy, the president of the club, has decided to keep Kane at all costs and is therefore ready to offer the experienced striker a new, much more “expensive” contract.
Levy rejected Bayern’s first offer, which amounted to 70 million euros, for the captain of Tottenham and the English national team.
In the previous season, he scored 30 goals in 38 games in the Premier League.
The German “Bild” states that Levi is angry with Harry who, allegedly, has agreed to move to Bayern and has already spoken with “Bavaria” coach Tomas Tuchel.
