Pique is not planning to retire

Gerard Pique, the centre-back of Barcelona, even though he is 35, does not plan to retire soon, and that will certainly not happen at the end of the season.

In the match against Osasuna, he recorded his 600th match in the Barcelona jersey.

“This was a dream come true for me. I hope to have the strength to continue it. I hope it will last a little longer, “said Pique.

“It’s an important number (600 games). It makes you feel old, but this career was nothing less than a dream, ” He concluded.

The Spanish centre-back became the fifth player to play 600 games for the Catalan club, before Messi, Busquets, Xavi and Iniesta.
