Newcastle Football Club has sent the first official offer for a footballer since the club took over a super-rich Saudi consortium.
The first on the wish list is Atletico Madrid football player Kieran Trippier, the British media reported today.
British “Sky” reports that the two clubs are largely negotiating the transfer of the 31-year-old right back.
Newcastle coach Eddie Howe wants to strengthen the team in the January transfer window and he really wants to start defending.
It is not stated how much money is in the first offer for the English national team player.
Howe collaborated with Tripier in Burnley, where he brought him from Manchester City in 2012.
