Mtarfa Futsal and Lija Athletics A registered big victories in their fifth outing of the Enemed Women’s Futsal League to continue holding the top positions in the table. Leaders Mtarfa Futsal beat Swieqi United 6-0. They scored three goals in each half to secure the final three points. Demi Magrin recorded a personal hat-trick while Shania Spiteri, Kathryn Ellul and Janice Pace added more goals for their team. Referees were Jonathan Balzan and Sillah Al Hasana. Even Lija Athletics A obtained an 8-0 scoreline against Parr Mela Rockets Futsal. Ruth Steer Cheetham scored four goals while Irena Drugovic netted another three goals. Jasmine Vella Turner added the score for her team. Referees were Danilo Francalanza and Sillah Al Hasana.
