Manchester City striker Erling Haaland will most likely not play the match against Young Boys, as he injured his ankle in the Premier League match against Bournemouth.
“I talked to both him and the doctor. He’s feeling a lot better than he did on Saturday, but I’m still not sure he’ll play against the Young Boys.” Guardiola said.
The final decision will be made by the Spanish expert after training on Monday afternoon.
“If he says he is ready, that he has no pain, then I will think about including him in the team.” Guardiola concluded.
In case of victory over the Young Boys team, Manchester City will secure passage to the knockout stage.
