ZERO AT ENFIELD: Liverpool and Chelsea disappointed again

Instead of a spectacle and derby of giants at Anfield, the players of Liverpool and Chelsea played a goalless match and confirmed the bad form in which both teams are.

This is the first match in England since 1971 that these two teams played a match without goals.

At the same time, this match was also the jubilee of Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp, who sat on the bench of the club for the 1000th time since the beginning of his coaching career.

The biggest excitement in the match was seen in the 3rd minute. After the corner, Badiashile passed the ball to Thiago Silva, who hit the post from close range.

The ball bounced to Havertz, who did not have a difficult job of shaking the opponent’s net, but the goal was subsequently canceled due to offside after a check in the VAR room.

A new reinforcement of Chelsea, the Ukrainian Mudryk, could have made his debut with a goal, but in the 64th minute, he shot wide of the post.

The Ukrainian threatened ten minutes later, and he stood out with several successful passes and showed that he could be a good reinforcement for the London club.

In the last ten minutes, Trent Alexander-Arnold also had a good opportunity, but he shot over the crossbar, so the result at Anfield remained unchanged.

The two teams now have 29 points each, but Chelsea has a match more. Liverpool is eighth due to a better goal difference, while Chelsea is in 10th position.
