The former coach of Germany, Joachim Loew, is the main candidate to take over the Brazilian national team after the departure of Tite, reports “Bild”.
Tite resigned as coach of Brazil after the World Cup in Qatar, so that position is now vacant. Loew was the coach of Germany from 2006 to 2021. In 2014, he celebrated with Panzer at the World Championship, and it was at that tournament that his selection celebrated against the hosts with a 7:1 victory in the semi-finals.
Four years earlier, he was third at the World Cup in South Africa, and in 2017 he won the Confederations Cup. He retired from the position of coach of this national team in 2021 after being eliminated in the round of 16 of the European Championship by the English national team.
