Juventus has finalized a deal to acquire Teun Koopmeiners from Atalanta, thus the Dutch midfielder is scheduled to undergo medical examinations tomorrow.
Koopmeiners is prepared to make the move to Juventus from Atalanta.
Multiple Italian sources indicate that both clubs have come to an agreement regarding the transfer of the Dutch midfielder.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the transfer cost for Juventus amounts to €52m with an additional €7m in add-ons.
Koopmeiners has emerged as the top priority for Juventus this summer.
He actively pursued a move to the Old Lady, opting not to participate in training sessions with Atalanta in recent weeks and presenting a medical certificate as justification.
During this time, Koopmeiners did not feature in Atalanta’s matches against Real Madrid, Lecce, and Torino.
Having joined Atalanta from AZ Alkmaar in 2021 for a mere €14m, Koopmeiners showcased his skills by scoring 29 goals and providing 15 assists in 129 appearances for La Dea. Additionally, he played a crucial role in their Europa League triumph last season.
