Inter Milan clinched the Super Cup title with a 1-0 victory over Napoli at the “KSU” Stadium in Riyadh. Lautaro Martinez, the Argentine forward, became the hero by scoring the decisive goal in injury time.
The match was intense, with Inter dominating from the start and limiting the reigning Serie A champions to just one shot on target.
However, it took until the 91st minute for Inter to break the deadlock. Benjamin Pavard delivered an excellent cross into the heart of the penalty area, and Lautaro, in his typical fashion, positioned himself perfectly to send the ball into Napoli’s net.
