Ibrahimović new contract until 2023: Salary from 7.5 million to 1.5 million

The most famous insider, Fabrizio Romano, reports that Zlatan Ibrahimović will officially extend his contract with Milan in the coming days.

Ibrahimović will sign a new contract with Milan until the summer of 2023, and he agreed on a fixed salary in the amount of 1.5 million euros net, with bonuses that depend on his performance.

“He will turn 41 in October – no end for Zlatan,” said Romano.

He won the title of Italian champion with Milan last season, and after that he underwent knee surgery, due to which he has a serious recovery process ahead of him. However, he did it to get back on the field.

Zlatan played 27 games last season in which he scored eight and assisted three goals.

He agreed to a significant pay cut. Until now, it amounted to seven million euros, and now it will amount to between 1 and 1.5 million euros.
