Everton Football Club has introduced a new head of the professional staff, Frank Lampard, and according to the English media, Ashley Cole could strengthen the “bench” of the team.
Goodison is optimistic, the transition period is quite well done, and Frank now has another wish: – Ashley Cole, his longtime teammate and one of the most well-known names in the world of English football, could become an assistant at Everton.
Lampard is slowly gathering members of the professional staff, Chris Jones, with whom he collaborated in the Derby, will be a part of it. Cole could very easily work with both of them, which would be really phenomenal, at least from the point of view of a neutral fan.
The former left-back is currently working at the Chelsea Youth School, and is also an assistant in National Football for young men under the age of 21.
He recently stated that he will surely “swim” in senior football as well, so this chance given to him by Frank would be phenomenal for further development.
