Former Milan football player Franck Kessie will continue his career in Barcelona, the Catalan club announced.
Kessie arrived in Barcelona as a free agent after his contract with Milan expired.
He signed a contract with Barcelona until the summer of 2026, and the club announced that the buyout clause is 500 million euros.
This 25-year-old representative of the Ivory Coast spent the last five seasons in Milan, with whom he won the Italian championship last year.
Kessie is in the 2021/22 season. played 39 games for Milan in all competitions and scored seven goals. In total, he made 223 appearances for that Italian team and scored 37 goals.
He started his career at the club Stella in Ivory Coast, before signing for Atalanta in 2015. He was then on loan at Cesena, and moved to Milan in 2017.
