Manchester City hope to be crowned Champions on Final day

Manchester City hope to be crowned Champions on Final day of Premier League as they host West Ham. The Blues are firm favourites to win the Premiership as the Hammers are safe sitting in middle of the table, with no chance for a European place for next season.

Arsenal on the other hand host Everton with the Gunners also favourites to get all three points and hope that City rivals West Ham will do them a favour and get a least a point in the title race. Meanwhile Everton are clear from relegation and any points gained will change very little for them.

This Final day will not only decide the League winners but other verdicts are still wide open as European places and the last relegation place are still to be decided.

In the European places Chelsea need at least one point to be sure of a European place and are quite favourites to do so when they host Bournemouth at Stamford Bridge. Meanwhile The Cherries are safe and only need to honour this fixture.

On the other hand Newcastle are away to Brentford, and the Magpies are firm favourites to get all three points from this fixtures, while the Bees are sure of Premiership football also for next season sitting comfortably at the 16th place in the table and cannot be reached.

Manchester United are the third team hoping for a European place next season. The Red Devils need to win away at Brighton and hope that Chelsea and Newcastle loose ground. The Red Devils had a very disappointing season and surely does not merit a place in Europe, meanwhile for the Seagulls this is the last match for manager De Zerbi and playing in front of his fans the Final day will be a warm farewell, after doing very well in his spell with Brighton.

The relegation battle sees Nottingham Forest and Luton involved with Forest are firm favourites to be safe as they need at least a point to be sure when they visit Burnley who are already relegated. On the other hand newly promoted Luton host Fulham and need not only to win but also a favour from Burnley to equal Nottingham in the table.
