Erik ten Hag has stepped down from his position as the manager of the Manchester United men’s first team.
Erik was appointed in April 2022 and successfully guided the club to victory in two domestic competitions, namely the Carabao Cup in 2023 and the FA Cup in 2024.
We express our gratitude to Erik for his contributions during his tenure with us and extend our best wishes for his future endeavors. Ruud van Nistelrooy will assume the role of interim head coach, with the support of the current coaching staff, until a permanent head coach is appointed.
