Besiktas ends winless streak, defeats Hatayspor while awaiting new coach

Besiktas, without a coach after the previous round’s defeat, managed to secure a victory against Hatayspor with a score of 2-1.

Besiktas was led by former assistant Riza Calimbay, Serdar Topraktepe. The visitors took the lead in the closing moments of the first half through Kilicsoy, who capitalized on Hadziahmetovic’s cross to sneak between the defenders and the home team’s goalkeeper.

Kilicsoy was also involved in the second goal in the 53rd minute, assisting Koli, who headed in after a corner to double the lead. Hataj managed to reduce the deficit, but there were no further changes to the score until the end of the match.
