French football player Karim Benzema will extend his contract with Real Madrid until 2024, according to Spanish media.
The best scorer of the “Royal Club” has a valid contract until June 2023, and despite being in the middle of his fourth decade, the striker is in terrible shape, so the Madrid club decided to keep him for another year.
The news about the new contract for the Frenchman was confirmed by the Italian journalist and football insider – Fabrizio Romano.
Benzema came to Real from the French Lyon back in 2009 and during that time he played 615 games, scored 328 goals and registered as many as 160 assists.
